Paper Mobile No.79

$500.00

13 x 6.5 x 10.5 h in / 33 x 17 x 27 h cm

Paper pulp, music wire (steel)

This unique mobile will turn with the air current. I repurpose used roles of paper donated by photographers and artists and formulate an air-dry paper-clay with an archival-quality binding agent. The “cookies” I hand-form from this clay are light-weight and durable when dry and have interesting textures. The colors come from the donated paper. There is no added or surface applied paints. I assemble these cookies with wires I cut and bend by hand. This piece is for indoor dry conditions only.
